We've been to the Kolanaki... once. I just quizzed Owen and he can't remember if it was any good, and neither can I.

guess you better review itthen. (But you can skip the taste of europe or whatever it calls itself right nearby, the one with expensive crepes and lousy service... not that i'm holding a grudge or anything...)

Amy and I discussed last night if Lefkos Pyrgos counted as a cafe -- seems a bit more like a bakery but... what the hell, we'll put it on the list anyway!

thanks for the additions guys -- soon nescafe will flow in my viens like a mighty caffine river.

I was just at Athens Cafe last night, and your review was entirely accurate.

Good desserts, nice bathroom, completely absent waitstaff. I think there must be a temporal rip that sends them back to Greece to get the glasses of water.

Also -- I'm a pretty frequent patron of Santorini and am familiar with some of the staff. If you go -- get the berry-cake-thing and a cappuccino with Bailey's in it. ;) De-lish.

Cavo is right down the street from my house. I will tell you this, the front of the place does not do it justice, it is massive on the inside, and the outdoor area is awesome. Warning: Expensive is an understatement.
